What we process
Via phone, WhatsApp, the contact form and the get-a-quote flow: name, phone, plate/make/model/year if you share them, location and address notes, pickup/drop-off points, vehicle type and condition, message content, and technical logs (IP, date/time).
Optional vehicle photos: on mobile you may upload 1–5 photos of the vehicle’s current state. Uploading is never required.
Photos and sharing
Photos are stored encrypted on the server, are not directory-listed, and are kept out of search engines. WhatsApp may receive a short access link only. We do not use photos for marketing or profiling.
Your request may be forwarded to our WhatsApp Business / phone channel as a text summary (and a short photo link if any). Data is not transferred abroad for marketing.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request access, correction, deletion and related rights via our phone number or the contact form. Cookie details are in the cookie policy.
